is that easy to install mods in this gta vc ng? i heard that it is like gta4 is that true? and what tools should i use for that cuz im new in this new games mods. i modded only the old gta vc .

oh maaaan You listened to my suggestion . thanks bro but to be honest I expected your quality skins i see that you used the old AI enhanced skins from the peds and put Tommy in . the swat skin has no hands btw.
and i will try to find someone to help making the cleo scripts for those new skins to be available in the game inside the hospital in DW and police station...etc

very nice bro, but I want to mention that those models are too big for a game like VC we need models between 10-18MB as a maximum for the TXD and DFF together.

@Jarone lol it's the biggest car mod for VC. the Original game exe has only 45MB streaming memory so I think he run the game take this screenshot then the game crashed
but he really did a great work, and ah it's VC Yura we need US plates bro
